Your space
Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage, two private terraces, and the attached garden. The large bedroom has a king-size bed and is air-conditioned and heated. The kitchen is fitted with contemporary appliances and contains all accessories and a breakfast bar. The main room contains the dining area, a pellet stove, a cozy sofa and armchair, and a selection of books and regional travel guides. Full bathroom with toilet, bath, and shower. High-speed internet (up to 250Mbps) throughout the building. The kitchen door opens onto a private garden with seating and a swing, plus an outdoor shower with hot water. In front of the double doors of the bedroom is a private terrace wrapping around to the front of the property and the wood deck at the front entrance. Bedding, towels, etc., are provided. Car parking is next to the building. All cottage access is wheelchair friendly.
AMENITIES
Private Entrance
There are two keyed entrance doors, plus a door off the kitchen leading to the pathways in the private garden space and the outdoor shower. The bedroom also has double glass doors opening onto the private terrace
Parking
Private parking is provided right next to the cottage.
King Sized Bed
There is a king-size bed in the large bedroom. All windows open fully and are fitted with blackout curtains for a restful sleep.
Outdoor shower
Rinse off under the open sky in the spacious outdoor shower, a magical experience underneath the Yucca trees. Fitted with hot water, naturally...
Climate control
The bedroom has an Air Conditioner/Heater, the bathroom has a space heater, and the main family area has a pellet stove to take the chill off in the winter. The ceiling fan in the main room is refreshing all year.
Internet
High-speed satellite internet (avg. 200/30 mbps up/down) is included throughout the cottage.
